2008 MINUTES OF THE MEETING of 18/01/2008

is gone, the flea begins to organize in 2008.
It will be Sunday, May 18 .
This year, reassured by the good result of the year
last in inclement weather, we will launch and we
double the number of stand. We will of course
need you but we'll get more detail
at future meetings.




Administrative procedures:

* The validation request project with
the prefecture is launched, Virginia it is loaded.

* Once the agreement is given, it will follow
the case to the mayor .

* Once the file is completed and approved by the mayor,
Melina the table in the prefecture .

* A a cat notebook with pages numbered fixed all
to transmit and to validate the COMMISSIONER .

* Request equipment loan with council services:
  • of marquees (the maximum, to do with them!)
  • containers
  • of barriers to secure the site
  • tape vauban
  • 60 tables

like last year will be our driver Mr Belchun
with council services.
And this year we hope to drive in Formula 1 !





The pub:

* Barbara takes care of radio contact .
* I (Matilda) echo the web contacts
us to re-register on specialized sites.
* Same with newspapers and local specialized magazines.

Information:

* the March 31, we will print and slitting
leaflets and public preferences.

* We will stick to the specifications of maternal bonding
and distribute the primaries. These inscriptions
at preferential rates for parents. The deadline
is April 28, 2008 day back to school after enrollment
are open to the public.

* The April 28, Mini meeting that night out of school to distribute
the distribution of leaflets in the neighborhood and more if you can.
We will need you.

* the public inscriptions be open from April 28 to May 10
and more if it still stands!

Melina had a very good idea, "buy" a laptop for the association,
which would not bother us on our lines characters
and even better to have a reservation file that we
would have fewer constraints and reduce our guard
margins of error in applying!

If you have a laptop in working
and you no longer need, think of us!
For the sake of economy we just buy a card.

We will make a meeting May 5 to 18h,
we will finish the preparations and allocate tasks
each.

Denise Milani Naturual?

MEETING RESULTS BOOKS OF THE FAIR

   this year thanks to you all,  
we made a profit of
€ 334.10 .
















As expected we
donated a portion of that money to schools
primary and kindergarten.
The transfers were made on 12/19/2007.

Either:

- 200 € for nursery ,
- 110 € for the primaries

and
the euro are still in the body of
we will serve the association and of
bankroll.


So he was paid € 110 in primary schools and 200 €
for kindergarten.
As had been decided at the general meeting
kindergartens have 90 € extra for the release of
"the Gazette of the tongue" that could be distributed
free to each child.
